Le Projet vise \u00e0 faciliter la mise en \u0153uvre des politiques publiques d\u00e9volues aux r\u00e9gions, afin de cr\u00e9er les conditions idoines au d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomiques et social des territoires, et de favoriser la sortie de crise des r\u00e9gions anglophones du Nord-Ouest et du Sud-Ouest.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">C\u2019est ainsi que dans le cadre de la seconde phase du projet qui s\u2019\u00e9tend de janvier 2023 \u00e0 d\u00e9cembre 2024, et qui est ax\u00e9e principalement sur la formation, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de la NASLA tient des s\u00e9ances de travaux reparties dans les villes de Paris, Nancy et Strasbourg.
